Tallybee is the market’s most reliable and user-friendly system for remote reading of consumption
With tallybee the consumption on electricity meters can be read directly on a computer, and it only takes a few seconds: open the tallybee pop-up window, type in the meter number, and read the consumption!
It is that easy:
- The guest arrives, chooses a place, connects the power cable, and is now able to draw power during the stay.
- By departure: Open the small tallybee pop-up window , type in the meter number , and read the consumption.
- Then the outlet is reset, and is now ready for the next guest.
- It is also possible to turn the outlet ON and OFF directly from the computer with only one click with the mouse. (needs a relay on each outlet - accessory).

Tallykey pedestals and software are not necessarily needed to use the tallybee system!
It works with most types of electricity meters (*), and the prompt software, which is enclosed runs totally independent from other software. Tallybee can be used together with e.g. a CompuSoft system, and is fully integrated in the NextStay software.
With all that said, we of course recommend our pedestals, because of the beautiful design and long durability, as we also recommend our software solutions tallymaster and tallymanager.

The tallybee radios in the pedestals communicate reciprocal and makes sure that information finds the easiest way from electricity meters to the computer. This ensures a constant connection!

Tallybee continously and automatically makes back-up of all data, and everything is stored both on the computer and within the system itself. Therefore data will never be lost not even by power cuts, because the system automatically updates itself the moment the power returns!
It is that easy to install:
Tallybee is a wireless system, which means that no cables have to be drawn to the power meters. Only a small radio has to be installed in each supply unit, together with a central unit and an antenna in the office – then the system is up and running!
